Authenticity verification 6-month warranty Insured delivery

Step-by-step process

Clear rules, no guessing

The program is not an automated buy-back service, nor does it guarantee a fixed value. Each watch is evaluated individually and fairly, taking into account the current market situation.

01

You are filling out the form on the page

You provide the photos of the watch, the brand, reference number, serial number, information about its condition, service history, and the set of accessories.

02

You are receiving a preliminary assessment

Based on the submitted materials, we will provide an estimated valuation range or information on whether the model qualifies for the program.

03

You are submitting the watch for verification

The watch is delivered to FCW in person or by mail, in accordance with the agreed-upon method of transfer.

04

We are conducting a detailed verification of the watch.

We verify authenticity, technical and visual condition, consistency with the description, completeness of the set, and any potential costs for servicing or preparing the watch.

05

You are receiving the final proposal

Following verification, we are presenting the final settlement value. If you accept it, the value of the watch will be credited toward your next purchase or service Order a Watch.

06

You are choosing your next watch

You can choose a model available at FCW or commission us to find a specific reference.

Terms of Service

Everything you need to know before sending a brief

Which watches qualify for the program

The watch must be original and verifiable, have a legal origin, and be free from disputes, liens, financing, or third-party claims. It must not contain any undisclosed modifications or non-original parts that affect its authenticity or value. It must be suitable for resale after accounting for preparation costs and include the declared set items.

What influences the valuation

We take into account the model, reference, year, current market, authenticity of components, condition of the case, crystal, dial, bracelet or strap and movement, service history and preparation cost, completeness of the set, and discrepancies between the declaration and the physical inspection.

Preliminary and final valuation

The valuation based on photos is indicative and non-binding. We provide the final offer only after a physical inspection. The value may change if the inspection reveals discrepancies compared to the initial submission. Simply submitting the watch for evaluation does not constitute a binding agreement.

Settlement

The value of the accepted watch is applied toward your next purchase, and you pay the difference. Any surplus or cash settlement is determined on an individual basis. FCW may decline to accept a watch if we cannot verify its origin, authenticity, or safely include it in our offering.
