1. Nature of the service

Order a Watch is a service involving the search for and brokerage of a watch purchase in accordance with a client's brief. FCW takes steps to find a watch that meets the established criteria, but it does not guarantee the availability of a specific reference, price, or timeline until an individual offer has been presented and accepted.

2. Brief and proposals

Upon receipt of the form, FCW may contact the client to clarify the model, budget, condition, completeness, timeline, and acceptable alternatives. FCW presents proposals consistent with the findings to the extent possible, including information on the price, condition, availability, and estimated delivery time.

3. Reservation deposit

In the event of accepting a detailed, specific proposal, FCW may request a reservation deposit. Its amount is determined individually and confirmed to the client before payment.

The deposit serves primarily to confirm the order, secure the watch reservation, and cover costs incurred by FCW in connection with fulfilling the order. The terms for refunding or crediting the deposit are confirmed in each case before it is paid, depending on the type of watch, source of purchase, and stage of fulfillment.

4. Fulfillment timelines

The typical time to find a popular model available on the market is usually between 7 and 21 business days. In the case of rare references, vintage watches, collector's items, models in specific condition, or when working with a limited budget, the process may take longer - usually between 4 and 12 weeks, and in isolated cases, even longer.

The stated time is for informational purposes only. FCW informs the client of significant changes in availability or the estimated timeline.

5. Payment

Full payment for the watch is due after the final offer is accepted, in accordance with the timeline and terms specified in the individual order confirmation. The deposit, if paid, is credited towards the final price unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.

The watch is released or shipped after the full payment has been received and the required verification procedure has been completed.

6. When a watch is not found

If it is not possible to find a watch meeting the client's criteria within the agreed timeframe, FCW may:

●     Propose an extension of the search time.

●     Propose an alternative reference, model year, variant, or condition.

7. Limitations

FCW may refuse to provide the service if there are reasonable doubts regarding the legality of the watch's source, its authenticity, condition, the possibility of a safe purchase, or compliance with the brand's standards. FCW does not finalize transactions when it cannot ensure an appropriate level of verification of origin and authenticity.

8. Acceptance

Submitting the form constitutes a service inquiry, not the conclusion of a purchase agreement. An agreement concerning a specific watch is concluded only after the client has accepted an individual offer and the terms of the transaction.
