4. RIGHTS TO CONTENT

All content available in the Store, including in particular the Felipe Cotto Watches name, logo, trademarks, photographs, videos, Product descriptions, graphics, page layout, database and other elements of the Store, is protected by law and belongs to Felipe Cotto Watches sp. z o.o. or is used by FCW under the appropriate permissions.

Copying, reproducing, publishing, distributing, modifying or otherwise using all or part of the Store's content beyond the scope permitted by mandatory provisions of law requires FCW's prior written consent.

5. TRADEMARKS AND BRANDS

The names, logos and trademarks of watch manufacturers and other entities mentioned in the Store belong to their respective owners. They are used solely for identification, information and description in connection with the Products offered.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, FCW is not a manufacturer, authorised dealer, representative or affiliate of the owners of the trademarks mentioned in the Store.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION

FCW endeavours to ensure that Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and availability are accurate and up to date. Pre-owned, vintage and collectible Products may have characteristics, signs of use, patina, technical limitations or imperfections resulting from the age and nature of the individual item.

Binding information about a particular Product, its price, availability, condition, completeness and terms of sale is presented on the Product page and in the Order summary before the Order is placed.

7. LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION

The rules on sales, payments, delivery, returns, complaints, warranties, personal data processing and the use of cookies are described in documents available in the Store, in particular:

a) the Store Terms and Conditions;

b) the Shipping and Delivery Policy;

c) the Returns, Complaints and Warranty Policy;

d) the Privacy Policy;

e) the Cookie Policy.

8. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

FCW seeks to resolve disputes with Customers amicably. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint handling and redress procedures, including assistance from the relevant consumer ombudsmen and consumer organisations.

The European Union's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform has closed and is no longer available as a channel for submitting complaints.

9. CHANGES TO THIS LEGAL NOTICE

FCW may update this Legal Notice if the operator's details, contact details, scope of business, applicable laws or information presented in the Store change. The current version of the Legal Notice is published on the Store's website.
